More and more often we are asked to overhaul old machine tools manufactured by historical brands of Made in Italy and now no longer on the market.

Thanks to our well-equipped specialized workshop, we can provide:
– grinding and restoration of geometries
– general overhaul of mechanical elements

RETROFIT

To increase the performance of your machines, we also provide:
– numeric control replacements
– axes drive and spindle replacements
– replacement of measurement systems, optical scales, encoders and more
– rebuilding of electrical control panels and machine on-board plants
– CNC programming and training upgrade courses

ADJUSTMENT TO REGULATIONS IN FORCE

Making use of the cooperation with specialized engineers, we handle the assessment of risks and upgrades necessary to meet the regulations for each type of machine tool, applying any electrical/mechanical adjustments that may be needed and installing the safety devices required by the regulations in force.

We provide certified appraisals and compliance certificates.

MANUALS ARCHIVE AND SPARE PARTS

We place at the disposal of our customers a vast spare parts warehouse as well as a large archive of instruction manuals and wiring diagrams.
We have spare parts for CMT, LABOR PADOVANI, OMG ZANOLETTI, GRAZIANO, TACCHI, COMEV, PBR, MERLI CLOVIS and many others.
We also have spare parts for RAMBAUDI, ITAMA.
