The pallet exchange system is fully automatic and is controlled directly by the machine’s control system according to a predetermined sequence.

The pallet stand is constructed of FE42 electro-welded steel and features a large containment and collection tray for chips and emulsified oil.

The pallet handling system operates in two stages, using a hydraulic cylinder and an R.S. screw connected to a brushless servomotor.

The pallet slides along linear guides equipped with standard-precision size 45 ball slides.

The PALLET is made of G30 cast iron that has been heat-treated, machined, and ground. The work surface features T-slots for clamping.

The slide guides and centering cones are mounted on the lower part; all components are cemented and ground.
